We are pleased to announce that Dr. Katherine Lusk will be relocating to our Blue Fish Fairfield location to be closer to home. Her last day seeing patients at Blue Fish Memorial will be Friday, December 6, 2024. All patients currently on her schedule after her last day at Blue Fish Memorial will be contacted to reschedule.
Patients of Dr. Lusk should have received an email detailing the options available to them as we make this transition.
We kindly ask you to refrain from calling our office regarding this matter. Instead, if you are a patient of Dr. Lusk, please find the section that applies to you below for additional information. If you have not received an email from us, please notify us of your preference from the list below by emailing us at memorial_reception@bluefishmd.com. All appointments already scheduled after Friday, December 6, 2024, will be contacted by our staff to reschedule.

- Dr. Jessica Malek, currently practicing at our Greater Heights location, will be transitioning to our Memorial office. She will begin seeing patients at Memorial starting Monday, December 9, 2024.
- Dr. Chris Reinhackel, who joined the Blue Fish Memorial team in May 2024, is now welcoming new patients and can be seen immediately.
- Please provide your preference of doctor as soon as possible, otherwise we will assign a physician for you.
- We are confident that all of our physicians will provide the same quality of care to which you have become accustomed. The following physicians are able to accept new patients at our Memorial location on Monday, December 9, 2024:
