New Statements & Text-to-Pay
New Statements: We have transitioned to Healow for patient billing and statements. If you receive a statement from us, it will look different from what you’ve seen in the past — including a new payment link. Please know these statements are still coming directly from Blue Fish Pediatrics and are completely secure.
New Text-to-Pay: In addition to your statement, you will also receive a text message with a secure link to view and pay your balance directly from your phone — quick, easy, and no login required. These texts will be sent to the mobile number on file with our office.
Multiple Ways to Pay: We want to make paying your balance as convenient as possible. You can now pay your bill through any of the following:
- Text — via the secure link sent to your mobile number
- Statement — using the payment link included on your Healow statement
- Our Website — pay online at any time
Refund policy:
We cannot issue refunds through the payment portal, but if you make a payment in error and would like a refund, please call (713) 467-1741.
