All doctors are accepting new patients as permitted by the size of their respective practices. If you would like to become a new patient with us, please fill out a New Patient Application. We will contact you once we receive and process your application.
We’d like to inform the patients of Dr. Lusk that she will be leaving the practice on August 1, 2025. Here is a link to the letter distributed to her patients via email concerning her departure, continuity of care, and access to medical care.

If you suspect your child has swallowed medicine or poison, dial 1-800-POISON-1 and contact us at our office (832) 334-4011. If it is after hours, the office recording will give you the number to our page operator.
Sometimes, due to technical problems or the fact that the on call doctor is attending to another patient, your call may not be returned within 15 minutes. In this case please contact the page operator again and a doctor will return your call shortly.
During office hours, please call the office at (832) 334-4011 and ask to speak to the medical staff.
After hours, please consult Health Topics on our website. If you have further questions or you need to contact one of our doctors, our office recording will give you the number to our page operator.

- Messages received in the afternoon during office hours (12:00 noon to 5:00 PM) will be returned by the end of the business day (5:00 PM)
- Messages received after hours will be returned by noon the following business day.
