We will be offering both the COVID-19 pediatric vaccine (5-11 years old) and the flu vaccine at the remaining Saturday clinics as seen below:

All remaining COVID-19/flu vaccine clinics will be open to ALL existing Blue Fish patients, regardless of their home office.
In addition to these COVID-19 vaccine clinics, we will also offer COVID-19 vaccines during well child checks (depending on availability) for eligible patients. Please note that the COVID-19 pediatric vaccine will only be given to existing Blue Fish patients. We are not a public COVID-19 vaccination site.
We will be using an online self-scheduling platform exclusively to allow patients to reserve a spot for these Saturday clinics. You will not be able to schedule an appointment for any Saturday COVID-19/flu vaccine clinic by phone.
The COVID-19 vaccine is a 2-shot series, spaced apart by a minimum of 3 weeks. You can schedule both immunizations for your child at this time (please ensure a minimum 3-week interval between your appointments as the scheduling website will not double-check this) through our scheduling website. If you are unsure about your schedule availability in 3 weeks, please hold off on reserving your second dose at this time. We are confident that you will have many opportunities to finish the series in a timely fashion.
PLEASE NOTE: Our front office staff will confirm that each COVID-19 pediatric vaccine registrant is a current Blue Fish patient between 5 and 11 years of age. Once you are verified as a Blue Fish patient, you will be added to the actual schedule. If your child is not a Blue Fish patient, your reservation will be cancelled via email.

For patients that are 12 and older, please continue to use other COVID-19 vaccination sites. We do not plan on giving the COVID-19 vaccine to patients 12 years and older as it is so easily accessible in the community for this older age group.
