Dear Blue Fish patients,

We have heard from some of our parents who use Gmail that they are receiving incorrect times for appointments they have made with us. Our software automatically sends out appointment confirmation emails when an appointment is made. It seems that Gmail is reading that confirmation email and creating an event in the header of the email (see rectangle above) with the incorrect time (in the case above, the appointment was at 4:30PM but Gmail created an event with the incorrect time of 5:30PM).

If you use Gmail, please make sure to note the correct date and time (see oval above) in the body of the actual email, not the Gmail-generated event in the header.

Thank you.
