Dr. Hoffman No Longer with Blue Fish Katy

Dear Patient Families,

We are excited to announce that Dr. Hoffman is embarking on a new chapter in her life. As of August 1, 2024, she will no longer practice at Blue Fish Pediatrics. It has been a wonderful experience working with her over the past year.

Although Dr. Hoffman may not have been your child’s primary care physician at Blue Fish Katy, you are receiving this letter because your child may have seen her as a covering physician in the past year. We are writing to inform you of her departure, and please note that no action is required on your part.

We deeply appreciate your continued support and trust. Serving your family as pediatricians has been a privilege, an honor, and a true pleasure.
