We are pleased to announce that Dr. Jessica Malek will be relocating to our Blue Fish Memorial location to be closer to home. Her last day seeing patients at Blue Fish Greater Heights will be Friday, December 6, 2024. All patients currently on her schedule after her last day at Blue Fish Greater Heights will be contacted to reschedule.
Patients of Dr. Malek should have received an email detailing the options available to them as we make this transition.
We kindly ask you to refrain from calling our office regarding this matter. Instead, if you are a patient of Dr. Malek, please find the section that applies to you below for additional information. If you have not received an email from us, please notify us of your preference from the list below by emailing us at greaterheights_reception@bluefishmd.com. All appointments already scheduled after Friday, December 6, 2024, will be contacted by our staff to reschedule.
