Dr. Jessica Wallenmeyer was born and raised in Edmond, Oklahoma. She completed her undergraduate studies at Baylor University with a major in Biology and a minor in Medical Humanities. She then proceeded to Baylor College of Medicine in Houston to attain her medical degree. After medical school, she stayed in Houston to complete her residency training in pediatrics at Texas Children’s Hospital.
In 2013, Dr. Wallenmeyer became board certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She began her professional career in private practice in Katy, TX and then practiced in Edmond, OK prior to returning to Houston for her husband’s career. She joined Blue Fish Pediatrics in 2020.
Dr. Wallenmeyer met her husband during residency, and they were married in 2012. They have one daughter, Amelia, and an ornery basset hound named Barnabas. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, reading, traveling, playing or watching sports and spending time with her family.
As a mom, Dr. Wallenmeyer has a passion for breastfeeding and newborn care. She enjoys developing relationships with patients and their families and helping parents navigate the challenges that come with growing families. She feels privileged to care for children from birth into adolescence, and loves watching her patients grow.

Sometimes, due to technical problems or the fact that the on call doctor is attending to another patient, your call may not be returned within 15 minutes. In this case please contact the page operator again and a doctor will return your call shortly.
During office hours, please call the office (281) 347-0080 and ask to speak to a nurse.
After hours, please consult Health Topics on our website. If you have further questions or you need to contact one of our doctors, our office recording will give you the number to our page operator.
