Dr. Elizabeth “Libby” Hall was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas. She graduated from Texas A&M University where she received a degree in biomedical science as a proud member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2008 (whoop!). She graduated from Texas Tech University Health Science Center in 2012, after which she went on to the University of Texas Health Science Center Houston where she completed her pediatric residency training in 2015. Dr. Hall’s love of children and desire to positively impact their lives has been the driving force behind her career path; currently, she job shares with her good friend, Dr. Katherine Lusk.
Dr. Hall met her husband in 2005 on the Texas A&M Muster Committee, and they were married December of 2009. They have two beautiful daughters, Layla Maurine and Eleanor Anne. She and her family are members of The Bridge Montrose Church, where she enjoys leading small group studies as well as volunteering in the Children’s Ministry and Nursery. Dr. Hall plays the piano, enjoys cooking, reading, and travel. Of all the different jobs and roles she has had, she has found mommy-hood to be the most challenging and rewarding!

Parking: There is free parking in Garage 3 on the Memorial Hermann Memorial City Hospital campus. The entrance to Garage 3 is easiest to find off Kingsride between Gessner and Frostwood, next to the Chase bank branch. There is usually ample parking the higher up you go in the garage. The pedestrian crosswalk is located on the 2nd floor of the garage and connects directly into 915 Gessner (our building). There is also parking on the ground floor of Garage 3, but it is intended for ER parking and costs $20 unless you are seen in the ER that day.

Sunday: Closed
*Phone lines open at 8:30am. On weekdays for lunch, they are closed between 1:00pm and 2:30pm.

If you suspect your child has swallowed medicine or poison, dial 1-800-POISON-1 and contact us at our office (713) 467-1741. If it is after hours, the office recording will give you the number to our page operator.
Sometimes, due to technical problems or the fact that the on call doctor is attending to another patient, your call may not be returned within 15 minutes. In this case please contact the page operator again and a doctor will return your call shortly.
During office hours, please call the office at (713) 467-1741 and ask to speak to a nurse.
After hours, please consult Health Topics on our website. If you have further questions or you need to contact one of our doctors, our office recording will give you the number to our page operator.

- Messages received after hours will be returned by noon the following business day.
